Rates in SMV II stage

Hi All,
Would some one be able to give me an idea about prices at SMV II stage, I am planning to sell one my sites there in the next few months.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

It depends on location and ranges between 2400 to 2700, wait till cauvery water fullfills smv, than u may get good price beginning of next year.

I am also having a plot in 2nd block of SMV layout. I will not sell it as I can clearly forsee rates touching 3500/sqft by 2013 end.
