Question about large vacant land in SMV Layout 4th Block

Hi, does anyone know about the marked vacant land in SMV Layout 4th block? It comes opposite to Sai Vidhya Chetana Public School. Few internal roads end abruptly. Wondering why those roads are not completed?

Does anyone happened to have SMV 4th block BDA digital plan? I am assuming the plan may have the details.

There are plenty of such large private layouts and vacant lands available in sir M.V Layout. Speak to any real estate agent located in & around that spot, you will get a fair information. if you want documentary details, you need to visit the BDA office or Sub-registrar office along with the survey/site no, to collect the information.

No, not yet completely

I spoke to owner of a near by home... He said it is private land and mentioned there could be some case against BDA acquisition

Tried reaching BDA engineer to get confirmation based on their land maps. No one responded so far
