We do own a LIG site in KHB Surya nagar phase3. How to pay the annual maintenance charges? is there online payment mode is available?

Unfortunately, only offline mode possible. KHB is still primitive.

For phase 1, the process is - Take the receipt from the KHB office in surynagar - deposit this in Union bank chandapura branch, they have a different deposit slip for this.

I would assume it is the same for phase 3 as well.
