Hi,
I joined a few days back after seeing this on google and reading a few good posts and I felt the forum was designed and maintained in a very good way. But when I visit the topics in the forum most of them stop at around year 2016-2018, and it looks like the site is probably in disuse as it does not have any active topics/posts from recent times. Is this site still working or I just joined some old site which is not used anymore nor maintained actively.

This forum is most active. There will be many topics under each sub forum, as the member finish with their requirement his post & topic will become inactive and new member will create one more topic with similar query or new query. You get Realtime knowledge sharing about real-estate and construction in Bangalore shared by owners, not by agents / builders / developers.
