I am not really sure of the papers, but from outside, the quality of the building looks TERRIBLE. And close to 1000 apartments in 4-5 acres I guess. I am not sure how they managed to get the approvals
Thanks
Jay

Kaushik,
I do not have any idea about Ittina Mahaveer but I saw one apartment called Ittina Akkala (I suppose) in Munnekolaalu near Marthahalli. I believe the builder is the same. It does not look good from outside.

Thanks
Ram

Hi Kaushik,
I have not visited Ittina Mahaveer yet , but I have been to one of their project near Yemalur.
Before going ahead , just google to find out the complaints/issues against them.

From what I have seen there I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have done enough research on this Ittina guys. My friends took in their Yamlur project, and are crying now. From 4 years, its not complete and under some litigation. Their Ittiana Neela near Ananatnagar(ECtity) quality is horrible. Ittina Mahavir near Wipro office (ECity) is congested and no lighting.

A big NO NO NO to Ittina please.

Ittina group doesn't have good track record. Already they're facing several fraud cases in the Court. Alreay channels like TV9 have exposed their dirty faces several times in their various projects. Better to drop the deal.
