The cost is around 52 Lack for 1600 square feet 3BHK.The major issue is it s not worth for money for a 3bhk apartment do not pay more than 36 lakh.The quality of interor work is pathetic.We had many issue with electrical lines,water line and telephone line.The builders are just too greedy and after selling they wont do any thing to fix issues.
This is jointly developed by kumar builders owned by Indrani chandrashkhar and another builder called koncept builders.There are some infighting between them
Till now we haven’t got proper possession letters or khata.Builders are not interested in taking steps to get it.
So if you are planning to buy apartment please avoid This apartment.Beware of these builders also
