namaskara Geleyare,
I am planning to Buy a 2 BHK Flat near to (Shobha Hospital,Vijayanagar)
Directions : From Shobha Hospital towards Nagarbhavi main Road (Moudalpalya Circle)
from main road 0.3 kms
Price : 25 Lacs + Registration Extra
Carpet Area: 960 Sq.ft
Please give ur advice and suggestions

providing more details like the builder name, project name, amenities available there, nearest accessible facilities/nighbourhood details or the builder/projects website details....etc helps others to put their opinion here.

Just leave Vinu alone.
He is not even ready to share not even a single info about his shortlisted project and doesn't even know what is his expectation from this forum. here forum members are not astrologers like "Daivajnya Somayaji" to imagine what is his project and its Pros and Cons to share their views.
Simply for time passing he has just put a thread here. He is just a time Passer/waster.
