Does anyone know details about the grounds on where this is built. According to their site and other posts, it is located on old Amco Battery plant grounds. Now have there been sufficient studies done to ensure that the ground was not polluted. if it was polluted, has some sort of clean up been done prior to construction.

The apartments look nice and the amenities they claim to provide sound good. But the concern is if the grounds are safe in terms of pollution etc.

well, isnt it the same plot where the ersthwhile Parsi burial spot was? I vaguely remember that place beyond Hebbal lake.

It is Located near hebbal. Next to Esteem Mall and the rate they are quoting is around 80lakh for a flat and the the construction contract is given to Gammon Infrastucture which is known for its couple of mishaps like hyderabad flyover colapes and delhi metro piller colapes. and For the rate thy are quoting we can buy a an plot and build an house in judicial layout or yelanka which is hardly 15 min drive from its loacation.

thanks for the info. I guess the burial ground that someone else referred to, might have been the Parsi funeral place. has the Parsi funeral thing been moved, if not, that would not be a pleasant view. Parsi funerals are different from all others - sort of left to nature to take care.

about the construction quality, I appreciate the info. I did not know the mishaps etc. this would help me make my decision against it very quickly. I have been debating if I shoudl contact one of the brokers and get started. I will drop that idea right now.
