Can someone let me know the ongoing rates at Elita Promenade Appartmetnts in
JP nagar 7th phase? Builder is quoting 3000 rs and i feel this price is very much inflated as per this market situation...

I stay in Brigade Gardenia which is right next door. The price quoted is just about right. The area has developed a lot in the recent past.
