Apartments in Rajarajeshwari Nagar

Hi Friends,
I am planning to buy a 3 BHK apartment in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. Kindly let me know if you know any projects which would start now, or in mid stage. I am looking for 3000/ sqft (max).
If i am not wrong, during the initial stage the developers would give us some discount for the apartment. Kindly help me to find a good home.
