How is undevided share calculated and Car Parking charged

Hi,

I would like to know how undevided share calculated in an apartment. Say land area is x sqft, constructed area is y sqft and superbuilt up are of purchased flat is z sqft, now what would be the UDS for flat of Z sqft.

Would the car parking space also included in this Y sqft area or out of it?
