Mini Apartment: Maximum number of floors on 4800 sqft plot

Hi,

does anyone know on the number of maximum floors that can be constructed on 4800 sqft plot area legally under BBMP?
we are 4-5 friends looking to construct mini-apartment each apartment having only one apartment and ground floor left for parking.

many parameters count, but I think only G+3 floors is allowed, within old BMP area 4800sft is ok, around 8000sft for BBMP(CMC areas)

it is dependant entirely on the road width..
FAR depends on the approach road and the road in front of the property..
