I am considering going for one of the properties of Innovative constructions - petals in ORR or timberleaf in HSR layout. The rates are reasonable and within my budget eventhough the builder has increased the rates in last 6 months when I do research on inernet. Any feedback on Innovative constructions will be appreciated?

did you bought the flat with them.. please let me know your experience with them... are they reliable to go with them... please provide me your contact detail at sanora600@gmail.com, i m planning to buy flat with them.

I have checked the flats. Flats are not so great as per Floor Plan.
In front of that there is a property coming up by the name "Reliable Pride" which is less costly than Innovate Timber at HSR

I just went today there are few project in surroundings of timberleaf and they are charging much more then innovative... can you please precisely tell me what is not so great about the plan? you mean space are not utilized properly or is the construction quality is not good?

Actually as per plan, there are no balconies (in the remaining flats i.e. flats which are not sold out)... flats facing the road have balconies... by evening there is complete dark inside the kitchen at one of the bedroom... I have checked at Reliable Pride.. they are charging 2700/sqft which is again negotible... one more thing... I am not a builder/broker... I am another house hunter like you searching for a flat....

I started this thread and completely forgot about it.

I have booked a 3 BHK- 1700+ square feet- in Innovative Petal in Doddanakundi behind Total Mall after doing 3-4 months research. The square feet rate when I booked was 3000 (3 months back) and now the going rate is 3300 and only few flats are left. The construction is proceeding real fast and I hope to get possession by Jan next year.

My father in law who is a builder himself in our hometown inspected the flat under construction before the purchase and the quality he said is very good. If anyone else has booked in Innovative petal please DM me

I have booked a flat too in the innovative petal, but I am worried about the builder because over internet i couldn't find anything about this builder any where. Do you have any idea, have you done any verification?. Anyways he is promising to give everything whatever he has mentioned in the brochure he will give that but I could not see anything about the club house in the plan approval what he gave to me.
