Hi Experienced members,

Have any of you enquired about the 'GR-Lavender project' coming up on Bannergatta Road, behind L&T South city. I have been given a price quote of Rs 2949 per sqft and other charges adding up to Rs 46 Lacs for a 1300 Sqft Super built up area flat.

Now, I would like to know the followings,
1. Do you think its the right price ? what could be the best price to go for it?
2. Builder will start the construction soon, and promising to complete by Dec 2010. I feel he is too optimistic on the completion date.
3. What are the chances of appreciation of flat after entire project is completed.
4. Any good alternatives around this area and the price rage of the same.

I had visited the GR Lavender site when recession struck. I was impressed by what they were promising.
I also saw that they were building only one block at a time, so the chances of delivering on time are better.

There are also other blocks which will be delivered before your one, so it would be a good idea to see if they are on time, so this would also be similar.

About quality I am not sure. But I felt the price to be on the higher side.
