I had seen that the rates have gone up very rapidly compared to last august.. in this apartment

3BHK was earlier 59 LAC in august. Now it is running around 72 LAC in just 6 months (hyped by brokers probably)

Is this worth to buy in this ? Any feedback would be appreciated

I am having dilemma either to buy apt or plot .. and in case of apt ( i wanted to buy one for 2nd sales instead of waiting for 2 years )

Its really not worth to pay 72 lkh for this apartment. This is bcoz of brokers created hype on this area. You can get 500 lkh range many apartments surroundings. And also there is huge prb with respect to the water on this. You have to pay lot for maintenance. Think twice before buying

Yes! you can also check out in mythri developers - shilpitha splendor which comes opposite to MBP(EMC2) outer ring road...my friend bought here seems like good and reasonable price. its under construction they are planning to complete by march...
