New projects in Marathahalli (VRR?)

Hi,

Has anyone heard earlier about VRR builders? How are they?
Can someone comment on location of VRR lakeview (just search VRR lakeview, bangalore on maps.google.com)? Is it on the interior side?
Do you know about some other projects in the same range (2600-2800 psft) around same Marathahalli area?
Is it better to by a house under resale?

For VRR lakeview, it will be good if someone can tell about following:
- Location of the project: It has been said that it is bit interior and there is no approach road.
- Very near to lake: Did you find out if it is not built on the lake bed after filling up the ground?
- Pricing: What is the price (per square feet) that you took the house for?
- Past projects: Did you take a look at VRR's past projects before deciding. If yes, how did you find them?
- Reaching the place: Do you forsee any issues with reaching the place by a car in future?
- Security: What is your opinion on the security as the lake side of the project is completely open right now. What is builder providing for security (Guards etc?)
- Any other negative aspect that you know about?
- Are you happy after buying a house in this project?

Other projects in similar pricing is DSR Greenfields. it is 2.5 km from forum value mall. marketing guy quoted today 2550 when i called. he was ok to give for 2500 /- psft.

one more is vijay krishna palace,siddapura, opp. to shell petrol pump.they are quoting 2900/-psft.i am negotiating on that one
