Hi,

Any idea about project Shriram Smrithi by Shriram Properties which is being constructed on Sarjapur Attibele road. I was there last week on a site visit. I see some construction work in progress. But as per the sales representative construction will be completed by end of Dec 2011 for all the blocks. Also the rate being quoted is 2200. Has anybody have idea about the rates going on in the surrounding area and if any one has blocked the flat in this project can you please tell me the rate you were able to negotiate?
