I am seriously considering buying an partment in Abodh Valmark, one of the few new properties where a 3 BHK above 1500 sq feet is available around 55 lakhs +. The site is in nagavara village in Kasaba Hobli. I am clueless about this area and is planning for a site visit soon. I have attached a location map from the builder.Any inputs about this property and builder will be appreciated

I guess there is one Amoda Valmark already constructed in Kammanhalli road near meenakshi temple, bg road. guess people are staying there. u can check that out to find the quality and other details

Thanks . The rates of Abodh walmark is reasonable but location is slightly far from my office. On second thoughts I have decided to opt for another property near doddanekundi lake.
