I am able to shortlist to book a 2BHK flat in the following properties.

1) VRR Lakeview (2600/sft)
2) Ssonesta Meadows (2700/sft)
3) Manar Manah (2700/sft)

Why dont you look for UKN properties. They are also coming up with the 2BHK luxury apartments.. I think, the charges are quite less as compare to sonesta.

Prestige Tranquality is good option in that range..... you may get in lesser also.

I'm planning to book in Mahaveer Willet Apartments (near Whitefield, Kumbena Agrahara Villalge). Please let me know if any other better option and if anyone already booked here.

Bofore booking a not even launched project, first visit any of their earlier projects and take the opinion of the residents.
Both mahaveer and Radiant groups have very bad opinion from their customers. In the name of economy aka affordable
projects, they're selling low quality assets. So far I have not seen even a single positive response for both the groups.
