i was looking for some apartments near yeshwanthpur and came across this project. Need information regarding this project.
1. Will he finish the first phase atleast next year
2. He is quoting currently around 3500 per sq ft, is it the rate now
3. how is his other project hennur doing ??

I am not sure about the project but what is see in there price list is service tax; this is blunder as per the present norms. No service tax should be collected by any builder. I don't find any thing great in material specifications to call it as ultra luxury apartments; they claim the location as luxury.
I personally feel 3500/- is very high in the present market scenario.

this project is very next to the Yeshwanthpur Railway station, which is one of the noisient place alongwith the RMC market. yeshwanthpur -Tumkur Road is one of the most traffic problematic area during the morning and evenings. So where does the LUXURY Comes to this location.

moreover, nowadays all the developers are quoting regarding the service tax that, there is no clear picture on the Service tax front from the income tax office, they've applied for clarification. Till that time, they'll collect the Service tax and if required they'll refund it or adjust with the remaining amount. So God only knows about their trick in collecting the Service tax also. Even Brigade, sobha and Purvankara projects are also collecting the service Tax.
