Purvi Lotus - HSR - Advice Needed

Hello all,

I am planning to book a flat @ Purvi Lotus (http://saipurvidevelopers.com/projects.html) and (obviously) there are lot of thoughts/questions that I have. I am listing them down, any information/help in this regard is much appreciated.

* Any idea about Sai Purvi Developers, how good/bad they are?
* They gave me a legal set of 400+ pages (in Kannada) - so I can get them verified by a lawyer. Anyone knows a lawyer etc?
* What all documents should I actually ask/look for (approvals/bank etc)?
* What else do I need to know?

Moreover, I am getting nervous feelings about buying something that will only be available after more than a year.

Also, the builders say - its BBMP approved.

Do we need a BDA approval too? (Its G+4 floors)

BTW, what's the difference between BDA & BBMP approval i.e. who approves what?

Hi Harsh..
Even I am almost decided to book a flat in Purvi Lotus and looking for these information. I asked few of my friends for a good lawyer and I will get a lawyer contact in a day or two. I am interested to get in touch with you to discuss more on this because I don't know anyone at present who booked flat there.

Better to go for BBMP approved. Recently heard that BBMP is planning money from apartments that were BDA approved.
