I am planning to buy 3bhk @ Skyline Bagmane Champagne Hills, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore near Gottigere, Does any one knows any information about this, I have already met them and have official information.

Just wanted check is any one in the forum knows anything which builders do not tell officially.

Did you enquire on the project completion and possession date?

yes, multiple blocks in range of 3-6 months, the first one is in DEC/Jan

Ok. I think you should buy this once the building is completed. This is one of the never ending project.

on my visit to site, i saw that the lower floors was tiled. Since i visited it one Sunday i was told that they are off so there are no workers. Additionaly the structure is almost ready and only finishing is pending.

My advice will be to wait and watch if you are not in a hurry. There are lot of other apartments coming up in the area and prices are kind of stable.This project is going on for last 5 years or so and it is a very small project which should have got completed in 1-2 years..
