Does anyone own or know the rates for a 3 BHK at this complex. Also, pls. share any experiences/information about builders, completion, quality, commitment or other relevant info.

Another general and specific question. These builders ask for 2 or 3 lacs for car park. I am guessing this is negotiable. Pls. correct me if you think otherwise. Also they charge several other fees such as club, bwssb, electricity, etc. Are these correct or is there a scope for negotiation?
