Also what would be the rates of Villa in general ?

I know a project in Jalahalli. They quoted Rs 00 for a bulk purchase
of 50 sites.
The cost in HRBR ranges between 7100 (1st block )to 7500 ( ring road
facing plots ). In kalyan Nagar / Hennur, you should get it for 4500
psft.

A villa on a 50X80 plot can cost upto 4 Crores in HRBR. In
kasturinagar, just before ram murthy nagar, a normal house 3000 sq ft
on a 30x40 can cost upto 1.6 Crores.

4000 sounds high in these suburbs....Blr rates are far higher than what they should be. These rates are capable of giving Mumbai rates a scare. I hope there is silver lining coming in the form of affordable and honest to earth pricing from reputed developers.
