Utility Area Planning within flat under construction

Hello Sir,

Need your kind inputs in planning the space within the utility of my flat under construction. We mapped 2 options for using the utility space with W/M and a Kitchen Sink.

Please let us know your valuable comments on the same. Need to provide the options to the builder this week.
