about century Indus

Hi.

I am considering buying an apartment in Century Indus.

1) Has anybody already booked an apartment here. They are quoting Rs.2500/- per sq ft now. Has anybody booked at a lower price. If yes, when was the booking done?

2) The road on which this project is located is very narrow now. Will the entire strech from mysore road to uttarahalli road be widened? If yes, to what width? by when?

Any other comments on this project are welcome.

Dear sandeep. It is very difficult to pridect. Whether the road will be expanded or what.. And coming about project.. Wat i can recommend you can compare. Similar line of project.. I dont remember the name. Before rajrajeswari nagar. On the left side a similar kind of project already has came you can check out there..
