Sapthagiri Homes by Sapthagiri Estates

I came through this project Sapthagiri Homes by Sapthagiri estates at Munnekolala near Marathahalli and was wondering if anyone has feedback on the builders. They are currently asking for Rs.2300/sq. ft. and is this a reasonable price for that locality? This project is near Sai baba temple. Appreciate your responses. Thanks in advance.

Hi Sathy,
Area is congested near Sai baba temple. I feel that there is scope for further bargain. Check about the approvals though. Heard that all sites are revenue sites at that location.
I do not have any info about Sapthagiri developers though.

when moving from ITPL to kadugodi, if u take a left turn after the flyover.. the property must be located there..
if its the same, then it looks like the match box structure built similar to 'vatara' in olden times..
I dont find it appealing enough to pay rs.2300.. if its 23-24 lakh all inclusive for a 1000-1100 sqft property.. it can be thought as investment.. but rentals wont cross more than 8-10k for this property..

To clarify, this property is not in Whitefield near Sathya Sai Baba ashram. This is near Shridi Sai Baba temple in Munnekolala (you take a right at Kundalahalli gate signal and drive ~1.5kms)
