Golden palms from Golden gate properties(Hennur road) I bought for 2200/sqft.Is it a good price?Please share your openion.I bought 3bhk,1835sqft(super built up area).
Are they having good reputation,as a builder?

Golden Palms launching offer was Rs.1900/sq.ft 3 years back. For Group Bookings corporates, they even offered at Around Rs.1,700/- also. Construction quality and Project location is Fair. Initially they claimed the project will be completed in 36 months. But completion date is not guaranteed as of now, as plenty of their units are unsold.
