Anyone knows about Patel Realty??? I went to their site..Nothing is started yet, but they plan to complete the Residential complexes by 24 months(1000+ apartments). The everything goes by what they promised, it would be a great community to live in. Rate per Sqft is 1975(strategically priced under Rs:2000)
3 BHK's are priced at 29.99L to 31.5L (excluding Regstn)

Any comments on the property??

I heard they are planning for individual sites and villas in the same town? Any idea when they are launching ? any news about the prices of the same?

Hi,
I asked the same to the marketing people. They said they are not aware of the Villa prices. After I told like I am interested only in Villas and I want to know the price range of the Villas, they said it could be between 90L to 6 Crores.

B/W, I really miss the original BDASites(MSN Groups).. Earlier, we used have lots of information on all these just after the project is launched.

90L to 6 corers for villas in Electronics City....Humnnnn.....I don't think anybody would even think of buying!You would get bungalow in heart of the city like Jayanagar, Indirangar..for the same price range.
It would be ridiculous if they come up with such price range.
