Apartment Price at JP Nagar 7th Phase

Hi All,

I've seen an apartment near JP Nagar 7th phase, the apartment is next to Cambridge School. Near to kai ruchi. the owner is asking for 3600 per sqft. Can anyone suggest what is the market rate for an apartment there. the building is rite next to the school.
