Labour Payment rate - inclusion/exclusion

Hi All,
I have given my construction for labour payment based on roof chadara measurement for 32000/- per chadra.
I have question in this calculation what is included and what is not, please need your expert opinion on this.
1) Does Staircase area included in the measurement? Since no roof is there till the last four
2) Is lift open area included in the measurement?
3) Is Duct open area included in the measurement?
4) I have paid extra for interior staircase? Should I deduct this roof measurement area?
