New Home Construction

Hi Guys,

Been a follower of mybdasites for last 6 months. Planning to start construction in Dec 1st week in my 30*45 site for rental purpose. As of now soil testing is done(10K for 3 points). Floorplan iterations are going on.Please provide your valuable suggestions on floorplan & Vaastu compliant.Will keep updating the status
