BESCOM electric - Area Calculation ?

All,

wanted to cross check, how covered area is calculated for BESCOM new connection, now a days;

Esp for
a. Parking - My case, complete ground floor is Stilt Parking, except Stairs Entrance, Toilet, Watchman room.
b. Balconies - My case, they are simple normal one with rallings and upper floor roof, but "no" covering Grills
c. Stairs - My case, they are kind of Covered.
