Do not go for any of these brands. I have seen multiple issues in my layout with bricknbolt, housejoy etc. they dont have their team, they simply outsource, work will get stopped in between, no quality workers etc

Check some houses constructed nearby your location and get feedback on few contractors and make payment agreement to pay post stages of work completion
