If I dont construct anything on ground floor and leave ground floor for parking. How much money wil it cost for ground floor alone keeping in mind I wil be giving for labour contract.

in the ground floor, the toilet and kitchen are so closely placed.. a clogged pipe or unclean bathroom might make you feel miserable in the kitchen..

Try to see if you can align all the plumbing lines one side (Kitchen and bathroom) are on either side of the building. This causes chambers all round the house, increased plumbing costs and more chances of blockage..
