We plan to go for modular switches for our house. Can you folks pl. advise on which is the best & economical ones to go for?
Roma?
Crabtree?
Legrand?
Elle : this is cheap, but I am told that you get sparks in this & hence dangerous (esp. since we use LPG at home - in case of leaks)
I would assume Roma is standard.
Is there any other brand which is more economical & adhering to all safety standards?

Re: Modular switches : Which is best & economical?
You can't weight economical and the quality together.
Legrand is first and next is Crabtree are best ones within the available. but these are far expensive than your Roma, Cona, Anchor...etc.
Some of the other best options are Siemens, ABB ..etc.
If you are looking for Legrand and Crabtree, there is a vendor in BVK Iyengar Road. he is a regional Distributor. he give 40% and 50% discount on MRP respectively for the two Brands.
