1st floor:-2BHK

My suggestion..

Please do not go with a contractor who you know nothing about (just by looking at their work or hearing what people say)..

Please find someone within your known circle, from someone who can tell you all the details about the person's behaviour and commitment. Lots of things matter, whether the person is extremely money minded (keeps asking for money disproportional to the work done), does he complete work on time, and does he stick to quality, does sufficient curing etc etc
