Sump Paint

I was looking for underground sump Paint. I recently applied dr fixit damp guard. Is that a good product to use ?

Try Fosrock brushbond RFX 3 coats
Each coat 90 degree to each other

How many hours/day we need to give it for complete drying before putting water ?
