Underground electric cable

I need to bring underground electrical cable from distribution box which is little far approx 60 meters away from the point where meter will be installed.
The load will be mostly 5 KW domastic single phase but need to keep future provision in mind if it goes to 10KW for example.
So need to find type of cable to be laid. Should it be
A) 35 sq mm 4 core
B) 25 Sq mm 4 core
Also can it be aluminum or copper is a must ?
Though in general every aspect copper is better but 25 or 35 sq mm 4 ply copper is going to be very expensive. Also BESCOM cables and overhead wires are aluminum anyways. Shopkeepers also quoted polycab 4 core aluminum only for approx 200 rs meter
What should be the depth ? Is 1.5 feet below ground in PVC pipe casing good enough?
