After looking at the online platforms you shared, i find they are just aggregators / marketing platforms . None of the company is taking up the resposibilities .
1.Construction is not like buying a product of which warranty is take care by manufacturer not the aggregator.
2.You can see in some project pictures show are actually done by different contractors ( boards seen in pictures ).
3.No package is talking about Workmanship, just by increasing the material specifications doesnt mean its good.
4.Money payments monitored by these aggregators doesnt mean you will get best output.
5.There is no certification method for assuring quality of material or workmanship.
I suggest you do more ground level understanding about what will be pit falls in these pakage specifications they are offering .
Few out of many specifications that are missing in any package
1.Hardware for door and windows - just brass /steel /powdercoat is not sufficient to define quality . 5" brass hinge starts at 100/- per hinge can go up to 350/- per hinge depending up on weight /finish /brand /alloy composition etc.
2.Steel brand is mentioned but how much steel will be used ?
3.Cement brand is mentioned but what proportions ?
