Hello,
I am looking for someone to build a compound wall around my vacant site. The dimension of the site is 40x30 ft. The construction should be for the entire four sides and the construction material to include hollow cement blocks with foundation and a gate.
Do you anyone know a good reasonable civil contractor to execute this work? Even a realistic quote by anyone having knowledge about this is also welcome.
Regards
Solomon

Hi Solomon,
For compound wall constructions its recommended to hire local contractor or mason. Let me know the area, shall recommend in case i have some contact in that area.
Advantage of using local is that he will be monitoring the site everytime he goes that side , some times you can ask him to check the site or clean site as and when you need.

Hi Praveen, I know this post is a little old now, but can you recommend basis the current rates what is the best cost effective option (material and labour put together) for building a compound wall around the site today (not planning on building a house yet): would it be concrete blocks or precast slabs? And what could the cost points? Thanks in advance.
