Rain water harvesting

What are the rules regarding rain water harvesting in Bangalore. Do we need to have a RWH system for a 20*30 G+ 2 construction? I know it used to be only for sites 60*40. Is there any change to that rule?

If you own a bore well, its better to use RWH as its helps in recharging the ground water level & ensures availability of water for more days. There are many bore wells which gets dry by end of December or early January month itself.
