Appreciate if you could share some references of consultants/BBMP officials (preferably Bommanahalli) for Building plan approval from BBMP.

Contact Vinod. Nice guy. Reasonable rates and well connected with BBMP officials. I got all my approvals through him.

Recently I got my plan approval in the bommanalli bbmp ofc through this agent( mobile number: 90355 59988).

I thought of going with Vinod but he seemed to busy so went with Dayanand (9035559988), I find him reasonable and very well connected with BBMP officials, have their own office setup in HSR (Gopi associates) right infront of Ammas (cake) and Lawrence school behind HSR BDA, you may want to get in touch with him and can use my reference (Santosh, Akshaynagar).

Thanks for sharing agents numbers, I also got Vinodh(9945793981) reference from one the architects(Visual paradise) near Koramangala. I hope Vinodh is worth trying. Called him, he told straightforward rates, 13k per kitchen. And 7k for plan preparation as per BBMP due to online process(new tool) from 1st April. Will let the forum know, my next steps.
