Dear all,
Can you please guide about labour contract agreement. I have been offered two types of labour contract. The first one is dimension based site rather than roof and it will include all the works including compound wall, sump, and parapet.
The second contract is roof to roof measurement. He is quoting 26000 per chadra. It excludes Sajja,compound wall, drainage work, chappadi , flagging concrete. The extra will be charged based on daily coolie.

If it is solid block, then 26000 is reasonable for roof area measurement. You can negotiate to include all. Probably, 27000/chadra including all the civil work with reasonable sump size should be OK, in my opinion.
