suggestions for tiles/granite/marble

Hi All,

Currrenty, i am in the stage of laying tiles/granite/marble for my house.

I don't have any idea which one is best. It would be great if somone can able to provide me some inputs for laying flooring/wall.

Below are my area size :

Common area total 1500 sq ft.
Toilet Floor total 5300 sq ft.
Toilet Wall Total 2480 sq ft.
Bedroom and stor 2108 sq ft.
Kitchen floor 687 sq ft
Kitchen wall 865 sq ft
Front Elevation 409 sq ft.
Front Flooring 968 sq ft
Balcony 807 sq ft
Steps Spiral 300 sq ft
