Cost of Repainting a Duplex

Hi All

I have given a full contract for repainting of my Duplex House. The cost is Rs.3750 per 100 Sq Ft. This includes -

1. Asian Paint Royale for Interior (Same Color)
2. Asian Paint Apex ultima for Exterior (Same Color)
3. Black Enamel for all Railing, Gates, Grills, etc..
4. Painting of all Doors and Windows
5. Crack Filling on the Walls with crack filler
6. Metal Paste filling for the Railing, Gates, Grills, etc..
7. Metal Paste filling for the windows shutters, doors, frames
8. Acid wash of all the toilets and Kitchen Tiles
9. Complete cleaning of the house
10. Teak Doors (Main and Pooja) polish

Let me know if this is fine or do I need to cover any thing else on work or price front.
