Main Gate Choice

Dear Members,

I am looking for main gate designs for my new house. I have plan for two cars parking space. Open space between staircase start point (south) to north-east column edge is 19 feet. Our lane road is of 20ft wide after sewage stones are laid on both sides and height of plinth beam from road level is 1.5-2 ft for which slope needs to be constructed. I have a small hatchback car and my requirement is one SUV/hatchback + another hatchback car should be parked in and taken out without any hassles. Please suggest me to decide which option is better?
1. One small gate of 3 ft for residents (4" MS channel to be installed after 3 ft from south edge to support both small and big gates) + 15-16 ft big fold-able gate for cars passage.
2. Only one bigger fold-able gate (in 19 feet wide opening with 4" MS channel installed at south edge and north-east pillar will support other edge hinges).

Also could you please advice gauge of the MS gate to be used ?
