Plan approval

Hi,

I am planning to construct a house in a BBMP area, Sarjapur road (varthur registration area). The entire layout is having A khatha, but individual sites got only B-Khatha.
Can I get a plan approval from authorities in this case.

yes.. betterment charges should be paid.. then u can convert your B khata in A khata.
some folks create dummy documents for sake of loan.. plz check with agent if he is doing that or getting converted into A , giving out a plan approval..

Hi
To get a sanction plan A-khata is must and betterment charges should have been paid ( paid receipt is must to be submitted).
For loan A- khata is not mandatory but most public sector banks dont give loans on B-khata.
When the entire layout has A- kahata developer should get you A- khata done for individual site if betterment charges are paid earlier. As suggested by fellow member be careful with fake A- khata done by Bbmp agents.

Hi,
If the layout is A Khata, you just need to pay betterment charges to get an A Khata certificate. Getting a loan should not be much of an issue for an A Khata Property. However, if you want to understand the details of a B Khata Loan, please visit the following link :-
