On Checking your Plan, below is my observations

1) Kitchen is in GF, but Dining is in FF - Not sure how you & your family will manage this two step - My suggestion would be make Family Hall as Dining Hall + Pooja Room, so that Kitchen, Pooja, Dining will be in one Floor. Consider one Common bath room in GF.

2) Make Dining area to Family Hall (You had shifted Pooja to GF) , the area will also increase.

I understand Under Ground (Basement) is it below the Ground Level and you need always the Lights on for Pool, Fitness studio, Entertainment area without Sunlight & Ventilation. Don't how you will manage.

Plans looks fine, Site Dimension would be 30 x 50 Correct ?
What is your budget for this Construction, is it Material contract or Labour Contract.

The plan is for two family like joint family system. Considering usage for diff situation . we may be using ground floor kit or first floor. Or ground floor kitchen will become home office as any of family members like to have work from home concept than invisting on other property. Like docotor or software which is still uncertainty throughout our life cycle.

The time line is lavish . and budget is limited. Our plan is 5yrs. Al ready we have given advances for steel from manufactures and RMC for the entire period as an when we had money accumulated. Neither labour contract nor material contract is feasable. As an when require we will hire a labour and finish stsgewise on daily wages.

Which we feel more control over quality and money management.

Budget : 75lacs

Regarding ventilation still we are working with the engineer I will update the things

Site dimension is 25x 56 feet

Soiltest report came. Good soil soil bearing capacity is 35T/sq.m
