Appreciate if you can suggest for good places to buy below materials:

1. Jaguar / Hindware bathroom fittings - apart from city market
2. Current materials (branded wires and ready made switch boards) - apart from avenue road surroundings
3. Plywood boards (branded plywood sheets) -
4. Bathroom and flooring tiles - I heard about Mulbagal godown as best place, has anyone been there? Any other other locations to visit?

Aside, what is the cost estimate to install gas pipeline connection to 3 floors with 4 kitchens?

Hi Vijay ,
To my knowledge even most shops in city market are not whole sale and the real whole sale shops don't even entertain retail customer even to talk.
Most of the tiles in godown sales are too risky to purchase since they will mix up different batches and quality of same brand tiles.
Tiles are marked in A/B/C grades while it is sent out of factory godown it self, but most vendors mix up these grades and sell C grade at A grade cost.
You will never get best rates in the same shop that others has bought, any material best rates are decided by the stocks the dealer is holding with and how desperate he is to sell them :)

Copper gas pipe line will start from 150/- to 200/- per rft depending up on gauge and quality of copper pipe.
